Transparency in Coverage Rule
The Transparency in Coverage Rule was issued in 2020 by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Department of Treasury. Beginning on July 1, 2022, please click the button below to link to the machine-readable files (MRFs) that have been made available in response to the Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
